Chocolate Mousse Pudding

Yes yes… I’m on a bit of a chocolate kick lately. But who can resist a simple chocolate recipe?

Chocolate Mousse Pudding Recipe – KitchenDaily.


    • 1 pound sliken tofu, preferably Nasoya brand
    • 1 12-ounce bag chopped semisweet chocolate or 1 bag good-quality semi-sweet chocolate chips
    • 1/2 cup soymilk


Place chocolate in a glass bowl and microwave on high, stirring every 45 seconds, until melted, about 3 minutes total. Combine chocolate, tofu and soymilk in blender and puree until very smooth, scraping down sides of blender if necessary, about 1 minute. Distribute among six 4-oz. ramekins or small glass bowls and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
